NEW Instructors Wanted!
Propose a Community Education Course
SRJC Community Education provides a wide-ranging portfolio of enrichment classes to meet the varied interests of lifelong learners in Sonoma County. Our classes are all not-for-credit (no grades or tests, no college credit) and are typically short-term.
Community Education is a self-supporting entity of SRJC. Program costs, including instructor pay, are covered by student participation fees. Proposals must demonstrate demand in the community for the proposed topic, and the instructor's qualifications to teach the subject matter.
Proposals are accepted at any time, however, new course proposals must be received by the due dates noted here to be considered for inclusion in our printed catalog or brochure:
- Fall semester proposals due March 30
- Spring semester proposals due September 20
- Summer semester proposals due January 2
