Community Education’s Traffic Violator School Online Course offers you a way to keep your traffic citation off your DMV and insurance records!
This eight (8) hour course, Licensed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles, meets the requirements for those referred by the court to attend Traffic Violator School.

How to Register:
You will need to enter:
- County where you received your ticket
- Case Number
- Due Date
- Driver’s License # & Classification of your Driver’s License
- Name, Phone #, Birthdate & Email Address.
Topics include: the common sense of driving, use and maintenance of required safety equipment, defensive driving, speed laws, proper lane use, interacting at intersections, passing, hazardous conditions, alcohol & other drugs, driver responsibility, traffic signs, signals and controls, and licensing control measures.
You can log in multiple times to complete the class. Each time you log in you need your ID#. After each unit, you will need to pass a quiz consisting of 5 multiple choice questions to move on to the next unit.
Once you have completed all of the units, you will take a final exam consisting of 25 multiple choice questions. If you do not pass the final exam the first time, you may review the course material and try again. If you do not pass the final exam the second time, call (707) 521-3556 to be re-enrolled in the course.
When you complete the course you can print out a copy of your completion confirmation page for your records.
Upon successful completion of the 8 hour program, our Partner Online Company will send your certificate of completion electronically to the court and DMV.

ALIVE AT 25: A DEFENSIVE DRIVING PROGRAM FOR YOUTH AGES 15 TO 24
Vehicle crashes are the #1 cause of death for people between the ages of 15 and 24. In this highly interactive class, young drivers will learn skills and defensive driving techniques that will keep them safer on the road. Participants will learn how to take control of situations by taking responsibility for their own driving behavior and how to reduce their risks.
Classroom sessions English only.
How to Register:
Starting Fall 2015, there is now online registration for Alive @ 25. If mandated by the court to attend Alive at 25, use your court papers and driver's license to fill in the information and sign up for the class yourself. Make sure the information you enter is absolutely correct, as incorrect info will cause delays.

If mandated by the court to attend Alive at 25, fax your court papers before you call the Community Education office to register. Payment must be made at the time of the call.

Bring a pen or pencil and a photo ID to class to obtain a completion certificate. Students MUST be on time; latecomers will not be allowed in class and will not receive a refund.

The Santa Rosa Junior College Older Adults Program offers free noncredit educational classes designed specifically for older adults as part of its goal to provide lifelong learning. Classes offer older adults a variety of activities to promote physical, cognitive, social and emotional health. All levels of abilities are welcome.
• No age limit for seniors’ classes, though they are geared for older adults
• Classes coincide with the summer, fall and spring semesters
• No fee for the classes (free)
